These terms describe the use of the 4TECHLoverz website: its articles, product catalog, buying guides, saved lists, comments and external-service links. If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using the site. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable consumer or other mandatory law.
What the website provides
4TECHLoverz publishes technology information and tools to help you understand buying choices. Guides explain specifications and trade-offs; catalog matches compare available information with your selections. Inclusion in a list is not a guarantee that a product is suitable for you or the best available option.
You can use the reading and buying-guide features without a 4TECHLoverz account. Saved items and guide progress depend on your browser's storage and may be lost if storage is cleared or unavailable. Keep a separate copy of a brief you want to retain.
Evidence, recommendations and historical articles
Manufacturer specifications, independent evidence, editorial interpretation and clearly identified hands-on experience serve different purposes. A product image, catalog card or guide match does not imply we personally tested that product. See How we research for our evidence labels and approach.
Articles reflect their published or updated dates. Older prices, offers, software steps and links may no longer be current. Check a source that applies to your exact model, region and configuration before relying on a claim. You can report a correction.
Prices, availability and external purchases
Prices on the site are dated references, not live quotations or offers to sell. Listed price, starting price and MRP have different meanings. Stock, variants, bank discounts, exchange offers, shipping and tax may change the amount you pay. A saved product does not reserve stock or lock a price.
The website does not take payment or fulfil orders for catalog products. If you buy from a linked seller, your purchase is with that seller. Check its current product details, seller identity, warranty, delivery, cancellation and return terms. Contact the seller for order or refund issues. Linking to a retailer does not make us its agent or guarantee its performance.
Leo and AI assistant handoffs
Leo is a fictional guide persona. On-site lessons and generated buying briefs are educational tools, not a promise of an independently tested recommendation. AI assistants can produce incorrect or outdated answers.
Our handoff lets you copy a prompt and open an external assistant. You choose whether to paste and submit it. The provider's own terms, privacy policy and account requirements then apply. Verify suggested products and cited evidence before making a purchase, and do not include confidential information in a prompt you share.
Commercial relationships
We may receive payment for clearly identified sponsored work, receive review products, or earn commission through affiliate links. Relevant commercial connections should be disclosed with the content or link concerned. A general policy page does not replace those disclosures. Our commercial disclosure policy explains the labels.
Sending a PR or collaboration enquiry does not guarantee coverage, a favourable opinion or an agreement. Any commissioned work needs separately agreed scope and terms.
Using and sharing content
You may read the site, link to it and use its buying briefs for your own research. You may quote limited extracts with clear attribution where permitted by law. Rights in original articles and design remain with their owners; product images, trademarks and quoted material may belong to third parties. Contact us before republishing substantial material or using it commercially unless a stated licence or applicable law permits that use.
Do not misrepresent our work or another person's identity, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site, submit malicious code, or use comments and contact features for harassment, unlawful content, spam or disclosure of someone else's private information.
Comments, reports and moderation
Comments use GitHub Discussions through giscus and are subject to GitHub's terms and account rules. Only post material you have the right to share. Comments may be public. We may moderate or remove content that is abusive, unlawful, spam, misleading or unrelated, but cannot promise to review every contribution.
The correction composer prepares an email for you to send; it is not a submitted support ticket. A report or enquiry does not guarantee a reply time or automatic correction. Where we receive a useful report, we can review the relevant source and update the affected information.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to make the site useful and accurate, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, complete coverage, error-free information, or that every external link remains available. Features and catalog entries may change.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on outdated or incorrect editorial information, loss of locally saved preferences, or transactions and services supplied by independent third parties. This does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limit your mandatory consumer rights.
Privacy, applicable law and concerns
Our Privacy Policy explains browser storage, shared guide links, comments, service providers and enquiries.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you. Please contact us if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. Doing so does not prevent you from using a court, regulator or other remedy available by law.
Changes and contact
We will post revised terms here with an updated date. Where law requires advance notice or further agreement, we will provide it. If any provision cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
